About the Chargers
Samsung C&T Charging Solutions provides DC Fast Chargers for scalable deployment across public, commercial, and fleet EV charging sites. The 180-kW and 240-kW All-in-One chargers are basically the same unit, just with differing power ratings. Key features of both models include:
- Simultaneous Dual-Port Charging: Each unit features two charging ports that can serve two vehicles at once, splitting power evenly between them — 90 kW per port on the 180-kW model and 120 kW per port on the 240-kW model. When only one vehicle is plugged in, it can draw the charger’s full rated power.
- CCS and NACS Compatibility: Both models support CCS and NACS connectors, allowing site hosts to serve today’s broad mix of EVs as more automakers adopt the North American Charging Standard.
- Secure, Space-Saving Design: The power electronics, charging ports, and user interface are housed in a single cabinet, maximizing space utilization and simplifying site construction. A locking cabinet door protects against cord-cutting and other forms of vandalism.
- Driver-Friendly Interface: A 12.1-inch LCD touchscreen supports English, French, and Spanish, while RFID, credit card, and contactless readers give drivers flexible ways to start a session and pay.
- Built for Accessibility and the Elements: All operating parts sit between 15 and 48 inches from the ground to support ADA accessibility. An IP54 (NEMA 3R) and IK10-rated enclosure along with an air-flow cooling structure keeps the chargers running up to 122°F (with derating).
- Certified and Remotely Managed: Both models are cMETus, FCC, CTEP/NTEP, and Energy Star compliant. Remote monitoring and software updates help keep each unit operating at peak performance.

The 180-kW and 240-kW All-in-One DC Fast Chargers are fully compatible with the PowerFlex X™ intelligent energy management platform. PowerFlex X monitors, controls, and optimizes EV charging operations in conjunction with other onsite energy assets such as solar and storage, as well as with facility loads. The platform leverages the latest OCPP 2.0.1 communication standards to ensure charger interoperability, giving site hosts a reliable connection between their hardware and software.
PowerFlex X also features our patented Adaptive Load Management® (ALM) technology. ALM dynamically distributes available power across active charging sessions in real time, helping property owners install more charging ports at power-constrained sites.
