PowerFlex and The Mobility House North America Combine to Create North America's Leading Fleet Charging and Energy Management Platform

SAN DIEGO (August 6, 2026) — PowerFlex, a leading provider of intelligent energy management, EV charging, solar, and storage solutions, today announced the acquisition of The Mobility House North America through a share exchange transaction. As part of the transaction, The Mobility House will become a minority shareholder in the combined business.

The acquisition brings together two pioneers in smart charging and fleet electrification, creating a stronger platform to support the accelerating transition to electric transportation across North America. The combined organization will offer customers a broader suite of software, energy, and infrastructure solutions while advancing the shared vision of enabling cleaner, more flexible electric grids through intelligent charging and bidirectional energy technologies.
