PowerFlex and Fordham University partner to construct NYC’s largest solar farm

PowerFlex and Fordham University have partnered to construct a 3,100 kW solar system on Staten Island. The project uses Remote Net Metering (RNM) to apply the power generated by the system to Fordham’s electricity usage. This system is the largest solar farm in New York City and will be providing power for Fordham University and Fordham Preparatory School. The environmental benefits of the system are equivalent to planting 1,952 acres of forest a year or saving 232,312 gallons of gasoline.Read more about this project by clicking the links below:
